Abiola’s First Son Hugs Tinubu In Aso Rock As Buhari Confers GCFR On His Dad {Photo}

The national leader of the All Progressives Congress APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu embraced the first son of Chief Moshood Abiola, Kola at the presidential villa earlier today.

This happened as President Muhammadu Buhari formally conferred late MKO Abiola, the presumed winner of the June 12, 1993 presidential election, with the Grand Commander of the Federal Republic (GCFR).

Buhari conferred Abiola with the honour which was received by Kola, his son in Abuja.

The result of the election was annulled by the military government of Ibrahim Babangida before they were announced.
